Lead
Services
The
U.S. Congress, EPA, OSHA, NIOSH, HUD, and state governments
have promulgated regulations in an effort to address the danger
presented by Lead-Based Paint, Lead in Water, Lead in Soil,
Lead in Air, and Lead in Dust. While most cases of lead poisoning
are from peeling paint and lead-based paint dust, contact
with lead from any source can be a serious health threat,
especially for children.

The
JMR Environmental Services,
Inc. has a staff of CA Department of Health Services (DHS)
Certified Lead Inspectors/Risk Assessors, Designers, and Project
Monitors that provide state-of-the-art inspection and testing,
including analytical services for assessment of lead hazards
in all environments. Our clients include, but are not
limited to, housing authorities, school districts, day care
centers, shopping centers, hospitals, industrial facilities,

Lead Survey Pricing
Residential lead surveys start at $450. This price includes the
site analysis, sample results, and a report. Lead surveys

Founders of JMR Environmental Services,
Inc.
Mr. Derik Martin: President
Mr.
Martin is a Cal-OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant #96-2068
and a DHS Certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor. He is a
Certified XRF Operator and has performed numerous lead-based
paint surveys. He has been trained in lead-based paint Risk
Assessment Protocol, including dust wipe sampling, soil, and
paint chip sample collection. He has performed numerous lead-based
paint surveys, asbestos site surveys and contractor surveillance
projects, as well as project design, regionally and nationwide.
JMR Environmental Services, Inc. provides environmental consulting
and laboratory services. We have a fully accredited NVLAP
in-house asbestos laboratory, certified and registered Cal/OSHA
asbestos consultants, certified lead inspectors/risk assessors,
and experienced mold consultants.
Mr.
Martin has over 15 years experience providing environmental
services within the San Diego, California market including
business development, managing operations, serving as liaison
between client and JMR Environmental Services, Inc. providing
project engineering services, scheduling of field and office
staff, coordinating field and laboratory functions, and report
development and review.
Mr. James Rogers: Vice President
Mr.
Rogers has over 15 years experience performing a variety of
environmental and industrial hygiene services. He is a Cal-OSHA
Certified Asbestos Technician #93-0887, DHS Certified Lead Inspector/Risk
Assessor and trained in LBP Risk Assessment Protocol including
dust wipe sampling and paint chip sample collection. He has
performed numerous lead-based paint surveys, asbestos site
surveys and contractor surveillance projects, as well as project
design, regionally and nationwide.
Mr.
Rogers' duties include the overall operations of the Corona,
California location including business development, managing
operations, serving as liaison between clients and JMR Environmental
Services, Inc., providing project engineering services, scheduling
of field and office staff, coordinating field and laboratory
functions, report development and review, quality control,
